The offense would run out of a base, old school I formation. The starting offensive line is solid, going to a combined 10 Pro Bowls, but lacks depth. The offense would utilize a power running scheme with Fuamatu-Ma’afala at FB and Boozer at RB, but would be able to open up and stretch the field with Slaughter and Price in 4 wide formations. I used a combination of funny, ironic, and hard to pronounce names. The depth chart is set purely by name, not by the players career. Some notable cuts from the list were: Sage Rosenfels, Colt McCoy, Chuck Long at QB; Red Grange, LaDainian Tomlinson, Fozzy Whittaker, Mosi Tatupu at RB; Lynn Swann at WR; Cap Boso at TE; Dexter Manley at DT; Demarcus Faggins at CB.
The defense would run a base 4-3 under, with a pair of HoFers in the inside at LB. The DL would start Rucker at the 5 tech, Lotulelei at the 1, Ah You at the 3, and Bacon at the WSE 7 tech. They would have a stacked pass rushing sub package with Umenyiora, Youngblood, and Suh. The LBs lineup Mingo at the Sam, Butkus at the Mike, and Hanburger at the Will. The secondary would play in a base cover 3 look with Clinton-Dix at FS and Wright at SS in the box.
Cartwright takes the kick return duties with Champ Bailey taking the punt returns.
