The roster is old school loaded on offense and has multiple Hall of Famers. The offense would run a 3 wide, single back with Fitzpatrick under center. Boozer and Anderson would split time as the primary back. The 3 wide would be Driver at the Z, Colston at the X, and Mitchell in the slot. They would run a lot a trip sets, looking to isolate Sharpe both tight and flexed.
The defense would run out of a base 3-4 cover 2. The front could stay rotational with a lot of depth. The linebackers would be Fortunato at the Sam, Schmidt at the Mike, Little at the Will, and Caffey at the Jack. Scott and Wilson would divide the field as deep safeties. Atkinson would be brought in as an in the box SS when needed.
Nelms takes both return duties. Jeff Fisher is the head coach, as he was a 7th round pick of the Chiacgo Bears in the 1981 Draft.
I call this team the Boise Irrelevants.
